Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

This project is for the repair and replacement of sewer lines and hot water boilers that will produce hot water for the building HVAC and domestic water systems in multiple buildings on the CMHIFL campus. Per C.R.S. 24-105-201 If the construction value is $50,000 or greater a Bid Bond and Power of Attorney or Proposal Guaranty is required in an amount not less than 5%of the total Bid.
