Project Description: This Request for Tender is being issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority ("Island Health") as it is seeking tenders from qualified Respondents to complete the replacement of the roofing on Houses 1 - 4 at Seven Oaks Mental Hospital. The Project includes, but is not limited to, removal of existing roofing systems including metal flashing and installation of new roofing systems including metal flashing and cladding.
