The intent of this Standing Offer Call is to inform the contracting community of a business opportunity with the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, Capital Projects Division, through a Standing Offer for Bridge Maintenance Services. The Department intends to use the resulting Standing Offer to obtain contracting services across a variety of locations for Bridge Pressure Cleaning services. This contracting expertise and service will be provided to the Capital Projects Division of the Department A full range of pressure washing services is required at various times by the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure. Due to the varied and dynamic needs of the Department, there is no assurance that Services will be required for any or all of the identified areas listed in the Schedule of Quantities and Unit Prices during the effective period of the Standing Offer. a certified cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Contract value, excluding HST, which shall be retained until the warranty period (one (1) year after contract expiry date) has elapsed. bid bond in the amount stipulated in Schedule A - Schedule of Special Provisions a performance bond equal to 50% of the Contract value, excluding HST and a labour and materials bond equal to 25% of the Contract value, excluding HST which shall be retained until the warranty period (one (1) year after contract expiry date) has elapsed. Completion of Work The Contractor agrees to complete the work on or before August 31st, 2025
