Giles County Public Schools is interested in proposals to perform third-party testing services for multiple proposed construction projects. The projects are as follows: Macy McClaugherty Elementary/Middle School Renovations Phase 1 Giles High School Renovations Narrows High School Renovations Eastern Elementary/Middle School Renovations and Secure Entrance Narrows Elementary/Middle School Secure Entrance Please contact Greg Goetz (ggoetz@zmm.com) at ZMM for access to the project's Sharefile folder, which contains the bidding documentation. The construction testing requirements are discussed in various divisions of the Project Manual, and a list of required special inspections per the 2018 IBC is located in section 014000A. Please provide Giles County Public Schools with a proposal with an estimate of cost for performing the work, including your plan for staffing the project and a list of unit rates.
