East Alum Creek Interceptor Rehabilitation Description Delaware County Regional Sewer District, East Alum Creek Interceptor Rehabilitation consists of cleaning, televising, and installing cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining in approximately 4,567 linear feet of 21-inch sanitary sewer. Bypass pumping and maintenance of traffic will be required to install the liner. The as-built plans for the sanitary sewers are included in the Construction Drawings in the Attachment List. The Engineer's Estimate is $1,477,000 and includes the base bid, contingency, and allowance items.
