Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hudson, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Multi-Purpose Path along Barlow Road This project involves the installation of a new 3,500 foot long, multi-purpose trail from the City's Barlow Farm Park, along Barlow Road to Summit County's Wood Hollow Metropark. The trail will feature varying widths of asphalt and concrete, and the project scope also includes curb installation, storm/drainage improvements, grading, pavement striping and Norfolk Southern Railroad crossing enhancements and coordination. Bids must be accompanied by Bid security in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the ORC, in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the City of Hudson. The City of Hudson, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any nonconformities not involving price, time, or changes in the work. Q & A Deadline 03/25/2025 04:00 PM EDT Questions shall be asked through the Q&A section online no later than March 25, 2025. All questions will be answered no later than March 26, 2025.
