The Project consists of constructing a 6-0 wide multi-use trail (concrete, asphalt, and flexible porous pavement), concrete seating nodes, site furnishings and signage, mill and fill of an existing parking area, full depth asphalt parking area, and concrete pedestrian plaza. This contract will be funded in part through New York State Department of State Environmental Protection Fund Local Waterfront Revitalization Program, and as such, is subject to all rules and regulations pertinent thereto, including, but not limited to, policy of encouraging the participation of minority and women business enterprises as sources of suppliers, equipment, construction and services.
