Request for Proposals for on-call Contract for Construction Management and Inspection Services The City of Cerritos is requesting proposals from qualified Engineering firms interested in providing professional Construction Management and Inspection services. This work is to be performed on an on-call, flexible service basis. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that the proposal is properly marked and received in the appropriate location by the deadline No proposal will be accepted unless it has the above referenced information clearly identified on the outside label The City's final selection criteria will be based on, but not limited to, the following analysis: Completeness of proposal. Firm's and key project team members' record in accomplishing work assignments for similar projects. The resources and rates required for performing the requested services. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or portions thereof, or to waive any informality or irregularity in a proposal to the extent allowed by law. Any requests for information regarding proposals submitted shall be directed to the Office of the City Clerk via a formal Public Records Act request. The City has determined that opened proposals are confidential and therefore the negotiations process outweighs the public interest in prematurely disclosing such records. (Gov. Code 7922.000).
