Renovation of a mixed-use development in Memphis, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Memphis School District BP#2 - Boiler Replacement Bidders will be required to submit with their Bid Proposals a Bid Security, in the amount of 5% of base bid, by a qualified surety authorized to do business in the state where the Project is located. Accepted Bidders will be required, as a condition precedent to award of Contract, to furnish, satisfactory Performance Bond and Payment Bond and Certificates of Insurance as required in the Project Manual Bidders may be required to be pre-qualified to the requirements described in Document 002113 - Instructions to Bidders for this bid package by Barton Malow Builders before document distribution or receipt of bids per the Instructions to Bidders. Barton Malow Builders reserve the right to request qualification forms or additional information from any Bidder before issuing Bidding Documents, receiving Bid Proposals or awarding the Agreement. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
