Renovation of a municipal facility in Yorkville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Kendall County UPS Renovation. Locations include: Kendall County Courthouse 807 John Street, Kendall County HHS 811 John Street and Kendall County Main Street Building 502 South Main Street. Question Deadline 03/17/2025 at 2:00 PM CT inquiries in writing to: Attention: Walter Nelson, Cordogan Clark, wnelson@cordoganclark.com. All questions relating to specific scope responsibility or other construction related activity shall be addressed to the same. No inquiries shall be reviewed or accepted 72 hours prior to bid opening All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid (plus additive alternates) made payable to the Owner. The Contractor shall pay, if applicable, not less than the prevailing rate of wages as established, to all laborers, workmen and mechanics in the performance of Work under this Contract in accordance with "An Act regulating wages of laborers, mechanics and other employed under contracts of Public Works." 820 ILCS 130/1 et seq. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding, and to accept the bid that is the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, which is in the best interests of the county. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
