The intent of this project is to provide comprehensive Professional Architectural and Engineering Services as necessary to produce a Facilities Condition Assessment with a Strategic Plan for addressing deficiencies and to provide a Master Program and Programmatic Evaluation at nine Monmouth County Highway Districts located at various locations throughout Monmouth County, New Jersey. A Request for Proposal will be issued to selected qualified candidates for the services of an architectural and engineering firm to prepare the Facilities Conditions Assessment (FCA) report, which includes existing building and site documentation, an energy conservation feasibility study, and a strategic plan for addressing any deficiencies and implementing energy conservation; to prepare the Master Program, which includes a written program, schematic plan and order of magnitude cost estimate; and to prepare the Programmatic Evaluation, which includes order of magnitude cost estimates, for the existing Monmouth County Highway District sites.
