DTCC HSB Group 2 Skanska USA Building, Inc., CM at Risk for the Durham Tech - Health Sciences Building, is currently seeking to pre-qualify principal trade and specialty contractors for theBid Packages listed below. Firms interested in the project are required to submit project specific prequalification forms. Bid Package Group 2 - Early Structure 03.0 Building Concrete 07.5 Below Grade Waterproofing 05.0 Structural Steel 14.0 Elevators 22.1 Vapor Mitigation System PLEASE NOTE: Overall value is approximately $25 million. Value of this bid package is not yet known.
