Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Yuma, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed pavement rehabilitation project consists in removing identified existing Asphalt Concrete (AC) pavement and base material by milling and rebuilding the pavement section with identified amount of AC pavement. The project may include improvements to water utility services, stormwater drainage facilities, repairs to the curbs and gutters as necessary at various locations throughout the project. The project will improve sidewalk ramps at various locations to meet the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards As of March 10, 2025, this project is included in the city's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
