The awarding contractor shall disconnect and remove the existing Telecor XL console. All existing equipment shall be removed from the cabinet and returned to the BPS official. Contractor shall install 2 CAT6 home run cables (green in color) from the nearest MDF closet to the new eSeries console. BPS OIIT to provide IP addresses for network connection. Contractor will be responsible for all programming and providing a 2 hour training session for school staff. Contractor also to furnish 2 CAT6 Data lines to new administrative phone locations. Tentatively, at the discretion of awarding authority; contractor to add 3 additional speakers on each level in corridors for 'all call' announcements and safety drills (currently no speakers existing in these locations, but cable trays are existing in these corridors).
