It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid to establish a contract for the Installation of approximately 24,300 square feet of Security Laminate for Carroll County Public Schools. The successful contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary materials, labor, tools, equipment, supervision, insurance, permits, and services required for the installation of the security laminate in accordance with the provisions of this Invitation to Bid and as outlined in this Summary of Work and the enclosed Specifications. Questions will be answered as part of a future addendum. Work will be performed during the summer, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM M-F beginning on June 23, 2025. Bonds are not required for this ITB. There will be no Pre-Bid Meeting for this project. The BOECC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bids received whenever such rejections or waivers are in the best interest of CCPS. A mandatory duplicate hard copy is to be delivered to Carroll County Public Schools, 125 North Court St., Westminster, MD, 21157, Attn: Purchasing Office, Room 214 no later than April 4, 2025 at 2:00 PM. Failure to deliver a hard copy of the price proposal within the allotted time frame, may result in the rejection of a bidder's proposal, even if the original submittal was received on time.
