The selected vendor will be responsible for design of new state-of-the-art draft beer system, tear out of existing system, installation of new system, and maintenance of new system that meets the specific needs of City of Allen's owned and operated facility, Credit Union of Texas Event Center(CUTXEC) Question Deadline 07/24/2025 at 2:00 PM CT The City of Allen is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the tear out of existing beer system, installation, maintenance, and servicing of a comprehensive draft beer system. The selected vendor will be responsible for design of new state-of-the-art draft beer system, tear out of existing system, installation of new system, and maintenance of new system that meets the specific needs of City of Allen's owned and operated facility, Credit Union of Texas Event Center(CUTXEC). The estimated annual expenditure on this contract is $225,000.00 1. System Design and Installation: 1.1. Conduct a thorough site assessment to determine the optimal layout and design for the draft beer system. 1.2. Provide a detailed system design plan, includingschematics, 3D renderings and/or similar for City of Allen 's approval prior to installation. 1.3. Install a complete draft beer system, including but not limited to: a. Glycol-cooled trunk lines b. Stainless steel faucets and tap handles c. Keg coolers or walk-in refrigeration units d. Gas blenders and regulators e. Drip trays and drain systems f. FOB (Foam on Beer) detectors g. Line cleaning equipment 1.4. Ensure all components are food-grade and comply with NSF/ANSI standards for food equipment. 1.5. Install a digital inventory management system compatible with City of Allen 's existing POS system. 1.6. Provide and install appropriate signage and tap markers. 2. System Specifications: 2.1. The system must be capable of dispensing a minimum of 8 different beer varieties simultaneously. 2.2. Maintain a consistent temperature range of 36-38F (2-3C) throughout the entire system. 2.3. Ensure the capabilities to build/set a maximum distance of approximately 500 feet from keg storage to furthest tap handles. 2.4. Implement a mixed gas blending system capable of providing appropriate gas mixtures for various beer styles. 2.5. Install a glycol cooling system with sufficient capacity to maintain desired temperatures during peak usage periods. 2.6. Provide a backup power supply to maintain refrigeration in case of power outages. Additional Items on Note: o Approximately 400 ft. on main level concourse to furthest concession (longest line runs) o Approximately 500 ft. to premium level bar (longest line runs premium level - only bar with draft beer on premium level) o Main level concourse has four main concession stands with a total of 40 tap heads (All Stands Are Setup in Pairs) o American Dog Stand (12 Taps Currently) o Eb's BBQ (8 Taps Currently) o Allen Station Grill (12 Taps Currently) o Cantina (8 Taps Currently) o SLICE Pizza Stand (No Long Draw System Taps Currently - 4 Taps off Two Kegerators - Looking to Incorporate into New Long Draw System) o Premium level bar currently has a separate draft beer system with kegs located in walkin cooler behind bar in closet area. Looking to tie premium level bar into new long draw system. o Premium Level Bar (10 Taps Currently on Two Different Setups) o Desire to Move The One Current Rear Bar Tap Setup to Front of Bar o Each Tap Setup Currently Has 6 Heads to Draw From o Current system for main level has four glycol units all "Housed" in our main kitchen dry storage closet. This area is not climate controlled and poses major issues during the warm months. We have identified a location just outside the kitchen double doors on back of house loading dock side to move the glycol units for better temperature control. The location setup would be above the double doors and need to be built to hold and run all units.
