MHMR is seeking proposals for Irrigation Services from experienced and qualified vendor ("Contractor") to be performed as directed by MHMR. Contractor shall, pursuant to the requirements of this ITB and the ensuing contract, be capable of Irrigation System services on a regular basis and on an as needed basis. Services may be performed at various MHMR locations throughout Tarrant County. Contract may be awarded to multiple vendors. This Contract, if a Contract is awarded, is to provide Irrigation Services of indefinite quantities. The Contractor shall be required to provide all manpower, equipment, supplies, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform all services. MHMR is not obligated to order any work. MHMR has the right to reject any and all bids. The contract period shall commence upon award date for a one (1) year period. MHMR reserves the right to extend this contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods upon mutual agreement with contracted vendor(s) reviewed on an annual basis. MHMR reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the price re-determinations as it deems to be in the best interest of the Agency. If you have any questions, please e-mail them to mhmr.purchasing@mhmrtc.org In the event the total contract amount exceeds $100,000, the Contractor shall be required to execute a performance bond in the amount of one hundred (100) percent of the total contract price; if the total contract amount exceeds $50,000 the contractor shall be required to execute a payment bond in the amount of one hundred (100) percent of the total contact price, each in standard forms for this purpose, guaranteeing faithful performance of work and guaranteeing payment to all persons supply labor and materials or furnishing any equipment in the execution of the contract. MHMR reserves the right to accept or reject all or any part of a bid or any and all bids, to waive minor technicalities, and to award the bid to best serve the interest of MHMR.
