Bids are requested for multiple prime contracts for General Trades Work, HVAC Work, Electrical Work, and Plumbing Work, in accordance with Drawings, Project Manual, and other Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by Hunt Engineers, Architects, Land Surveyors & Landscape Architect, DPC 100 Hunt Center, Airport Corporate Park, Horseheads, NY 14845. The proposed scope of work includes alteration of the technology wing classrooms into a new STEAM suite, and the main entrance vestibule for improved security. Alterations in these areas include demolition of existing infrastructure, asbestos abatement, classroom and bathroom reconfiguration, and HVAC, plumbing, electrical and technology upgrades. Additional improvements include in the proposed project include replacement of classroom flooring and finishes, additional HVAC upgrades, playground equipment replacement, construction of a new accessible ramp at the Auditorium entrance, sidewalk replacement and new digital signage.
