This document constitutes a request for competitive, sealed offers per the Terms and Conditions of bidding and any special conditions set forth herein for electronic security in our Cole County Sheriff's Department. The project consists of replacing the video and audio surveillance system installed in the interview rooms at the Cole County Sheriff's Department, as well as the interview rooms in the County Jail. The objective of this project is to enhance the quality of the video and audio being recorded in the interview rooms. Also, an upgrade to the hardware and software at the client monitoring station is part of this project.
