Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bowmanville, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Municipality of Clarington is seeking a qualified company to complete the Pavement Rehabilitation Contract in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawings contained within the tender document. The project scope includes: Pavement rehabilitation including removal and replacement of surface asphalt and base asphalt (where applicable). Concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, concrete sidewalk removal and replacement, structure adjustments and pavement line painting. Shoulder re-instatement and ditching (where applicable), and associated restoration. Question Deadline: Wed Mar 19, 2025 2:00:00 PM (EDT) Question Deadline: 4 Business days prior to closing date. Should a Bidder have concerns regarding any Term or Condition within the RFT/Q document, these must be addressed before Bid closing, during the inquiry period noted below. All inquires regarding this RFT/Q Document shall be made in writing and sent through the Municipality's Bidding System utilizing the question feature. The Municipality may disqualify a Bidder and/or their Submission if it determines that inappropriate contact with Duration in months: 5
