Site Improvements at Torrington Towers located in Torrington, CT for the Housing Authority of the City of Torrington. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to the removal and replacement of the existing parking lot, sidewalks, parking lot canopy, site lighting, removal of existing fountain/pond and associated work as shown on drawings and specifications. 5% Bid Security and 100% Performance/Payment Bonds required. No Bid Shall Be Withdrawn for Ninety (90) Days. Bidders Will Note Requirements of Minimum Wage Rates, Nondiscrimination/equal Opportunity Rules (Executive Order 11246) and Related Provisions in the General Conditions.
