**As of May 12, 2025, project was awarded to Hodges Land Services for the base bid and alt#1 513,405.00 + 275,000.00 There will not be a pre-bid conference for this project. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid. The bid guaranty may be by certified check or bid bond made payable to Kosciusko-Attala County Airport Board. The right is reserved, as the Kosciusko-Attala County Airport Board may require, to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received. The principal items of work under this contract are: - Construction of a new 50'x50' hangar - Concrete taxilane construction - Associated site earthwork and storm drainage systems PROJECT NO. 85-24, 230741, 2024-018 DBE (10.37%) Goals for minority participation for each trade: 32.0 % Goals for female participation in each trade: 6.9% Inspect substrates and report unsatisfactory conditions in writing. Do not proceed until unsatisfactory conditions have been corrected. Take field measurements prior to fabrication where practical. Form to required shapes and sizes with true edges, lines and angles. Provide inserts and templates as needed for work of other trades. Install materials in exact accordance with manufacturer's instructions and approved submittals. Install materials in proper relation with adjacent construction and with proper appearance. Restore units damaged during installation. Replace units which cannot be restored at no additional expense to the Owner. Refer to additional installation requirements and tolerances specified under individual specification sections.
