The project consists of the following Coordinate with the Town of Woodbury Supervisor or his/her designate. Fine grading of approximately 9,200 sq ft of earth. Furnish & install one (1) 36" x 24" precast catch basin. Install +/- 60 cu yd compacted stone base as required. Install +/- 4300 sf poured in place rubber surface with turned down edge as required. Install one (1) Game Time Composite Unit, one (1) Three-Bay Swing With Shade and one (1) Merry-Go-All per specifications. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, utilities, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work as specified in the Technical Specifications and as shown on the Plans. Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable form of Bid Guarantee in an amount equal to at least 5% of the amount of the Bid, payable to the Town of Woodbury as a guarantee that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute the Contract and file acceptable Performance and Payment Bonds within ten (10) days after the award of the Contract. The Town of Woodbury hereinafter called the Owner, reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any formality or technicality in any Bid in the interest of the Owner.
