Site work and paving for a civil project in Nacogdoches, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
North Street from Ellington to Austin including 4,384 LF Pipe Bursting of Existing 6" Sewer Line with New 8" Sewer Line, 17 EA Remove and Replace 4' Dia. Conc. Manholes, 75 EA Service Reconnections, 800 SY of HMAC repair, and other miscellaneous items of construction. Three alternated bids will also be included for pipe bursting additional locations, totaling 2432 LF of sewer line and 16 manholes. A Certified Cashier's Check or an acceptable Bid Bond in an amount of not less than five (5) percent of the total amount bid shall accompany each bid proposal. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond in the amount of the contract. Bidders may not withdraw their Bid Proposal within 60 calendar days of the bid opening date.
