Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work pertaining to Street Resurfacing No. 1 involves the following: 1. Repair of asphalt walking trails and parking lot areas within the Magnetic Hill Zoo (work must be completed on or before MAY 30, 2025) 2. Milling and resurfacing of Morton Avenue 3. Milling and resurfacing of Ripplewood Road, as well as crack milling and local repairs 4. Milling and resurfacing of Camelot Drive 5. Widening of existing parking lot entrance at Resurgo Place (Bellevue Avenue entrance) with new concrete curbs, concrete sidewalks and concrete truck apron 6. Addition of new catch basin and concrete curbs to improve drainage on Royal Oaks Boulevard 7. Addition of various traffic calming measures along Camelot Drive, Church Street, Drummond Street, Erinvale Drive, and Rennick Road (speed cushions, speed humps, raised crosswalks, installation of catch basins, and concrete bases for driver feedback signs) The proposed start date for the work required under the scope of this Tender shall be MAY 12, 2025.
