THE PROPOSAL Bidders shall provide a listing of the following information as part of the bid submittal. Exclusion of this required information may be grounds for rejection of the bid: A breakdown of the full Scope of Work to be performed for each building, including an itemized breakdown of the labor and materials to complete the Work. At 4840 S. 135 th Street the bid will include a fully adhered EPDM roof to be replaced with like. Include a vent cap replacement, gutter and downspout replacement with extension. At 14405 Q Street the bid will include a retrofit fully adhered EPDM roof attached to the existing metal standing seam roof. Include a concrete splash block at the end of the downspout. Include the roof type, manufacturer, material and/or product warranty coverage, and labor warranty coverage. List of equipment and the number of employees to be used to complete the Work List the name of the subcontractor and number of employees to be used to complete the Work if applicable.
