The work consists of but is not limited to: mobilization and demobilization; traffic control; roadway excavation; constructing subgrade, sub-base and base courses; removal and disposal of existing structural plate corrugated steel pipe, two existing overflow corrugated steel pipes and a wooden pedestrian bridge; supplying and installing structural plate corrugated steel pipe; sorting, loading, hauling and placing riprap; and environmental compliance.
