Reference Number 0000288857 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/03/27 04:30:00 PM ADT Stakeholder Engagement: In collaboration with the UNSM Project Manager, coordinate and meet with the Public Works Director and building manager (or assigned designates) to review information available for the school and to arrange building inspections. Feasibility Study: Determine the suitability of the school building for solar panel installation, determine the suitability of the school for battery storage and use as an emergency center. Identification of Alternatives: In the event that the school is not suitable for roof-mount solar panels or an emergency centre, the successful consultant will recommend alternative solar projects of similar scale in We'koqma'q. Preliminary Design: Final report will include preliminary design of what solar application is possible at the school. A preliminary cost estimate will also be provided including price estimate from a construction contractor. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
