Site work for a water / sewer project in Pensacola, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project Summary The work consists of: Drainage improvements: Includes removal sedimentation and debris from a number of existing inlets and pipes. Replacing an asphalt drive with a new concrete drive, tying in existing downspouts with new boots and piping to the existing drainage system along with other minor drainage and sitework corrections. The Work will be constructed under a single prime contract. N.B. Cook Elementary School Drainage Improvements . The Owner reserves the right to waive formalities in the bidding and reject any/and or all bids. Bid award recommendations to the Board are pending subject to final review and verification of required documents. A complete list of subcontractors to be used for these projects shall be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours after the bid date and time listed above to the Office of Facilities Planning, 30 East Texar Dr., Room 158, Pensacola, FL 32503. Attention: M. Keith Wasdin, Director. Only bids from Prequalified Contractors will be accepted. Any bid received after the above-mentioned date and time will not be considered.
