The Engineer's Estimate Range is $3,500,000 - $4,500,000. Questions Due Date: May 8, 2026 5:00 P.M. Kyrene Branch and Highline Canal Shared Use Paths City Project No.: Tp2202.401, Federal No. Chn-0(252)d, Adot No. T038701c Bids Must Be Submitted on the Proposal Form Provided and Be Accompanied by the Bid Bond for Not Less Than Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Bid, Payable to the City of Chandler, Arizona, or a Certified or Cashier's Check. Personal or Individual Surety Bonds Are Not Acceptable. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Execute the Standard Form of Agreement for Construction Prior to Council Award. The Successful Bidder Must Furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond in the Amount Equal to ONE Hundred Percent (100%) of the Agreement Price. The Right is Hereby Reserved to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids or Parts Thereto, to Waive Any Informalities in Any Proposal and Reject the Bids of Any Persons WHO Have Been Delinquent or Unfaithful to Any Agreement With the City of Chandler . Bids Will Only Be Considered From Contractors That Attended and Signed the Sign-in Sheet for the May 5, 2026, Mandatory Pre-submittal Conference. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. . All Bids Will Remain Open for 90 Days After the Bid Opening Day, but the City May, in Its Sole Discretion, Release Any Bid and Return the Bid Security Prior to That Date. Work Under This Agreement Includes: Work Must Be Completed Within 450 Consecutive Calendar Days From the Notice to Proceed.
