Installing pedestrian ramps on Jillian Way Question Submission Deadline: March 24, 2025, 12:00pm Question Response Deadline:March 25, 2025, 4:30pm The work shall be completed in its entirety on or before August 1, 2025. The completion dates are predicated on the intent of ACHD to issue a Notice to Proceed to the Contractor on or about June 2, 2025. ACHD shall be entitled to Liquidated Damages of $500 for each calendar day of delay in the completion of the work. A delay on one portion of the project does not justify delays on other portions of the project. The apparent low-cost responsive Bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional bond(s) for the faithful performance of the contract and supply the necessary insurance documents as prescribed in the ITB. The right is reserved to reject all proposals or reject any proposal not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Contract Documents whenever such action appears to be in the best interest of ACHD. Award of a contract pursuant to this invitation may be delayed, without penalty, for up to sixty (60) calendar days after the date of bid. Expected Contract Bonding Requirement: $265,000.00
