The Contractor shall post with Owner, not later than ten (10) consecutive calendar days of Collin County Commissioners Court award of Contract, a Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price in such form as is satisfactory to Owner, in compliance with Chapter 2253 of the Texas Government Code and all other applicable Texas Law, and on the form specified in the Contract Documents. The opinion of probable construction cost for this contract is $120,000. SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES all materials, labor, equipment, tools, machinery, facilities, and services to produce or be incorporated in such construction. The Contract will be a general contract to remove all existing and install new plumbing fixtures, room finishes, toilet & urinal partitions and toilet accessories in the men and women's staff restroom and shower areas located at Collin County Justice Center.
