This Request for Proposals ("the RFP") issued by BC Housing Management Commission ("BC Housing") is an invitation to submit non-binding offers for the provision of Site Representative Services as further described in Appendix E - Deliverables for various BC Housing locations in Dawson Creek, BC. The Site Representative will represent BC Housing in a highly visible and important component of property management services and will be responsible for the provision of designated services to tenants and the day-to-day operations of the premises, including all aspects of interior and exterior maintenance. Ideally, the Site Representative will have a minimum of two years property management experience. The Site Representative and their employees and/or approved contractors will have the necessary interpersonal skills to relate tactfully and effectively with the tenants in order to maintain positive relations. The properties consist of 50 units located at 9 duplex buildings, and 8 fourplex buildings. There are 8 two bedroom units and 42 three bedroom units.
