Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Repentigny, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the owner's institutional buildings. TIMELINE: Working drawings are complete. The owner has issued a tender for HVAC sub trade contractor that is now followed in the report under CRM ID name Work to Replace the HVAC Systems in the Library and the Air Conditioning System in the Town Hall. No construction will follow this report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
