The scope of work for Pavement Improvements at Hickman High School shall include, but is not limited to, the following: Provide equipment, material and labor to mill and overlay existing asphalt bus loop, remove and replace pavement with concrete drive lane intersection, install storm sewer. The successful bidder will be required to provide to the District/Facilities and Construction Services a complete set of all Material Safety Data Sheets used for the performance of the contracted scope of work. The successful bidder will also be required to maintain an additional complete set at the work site at all times. The successful bidder will be required to keep and maintain daily logs for the duration of the project. A copy of the same shall be provided as part of the contract close out documentation. All work shall be in accordance with the specifications and drawings prepared by Crockett Engineering Construction work generally consists of asphalt milling and overlay of the existing bus loop near the northwest side of the building. A new concrete drive lane intersection is to be removed and replaced. A new storm sewer system is to be installed. The scope is clarified further in the specifications and drawings.
