Superpave Street Resurfacing - Contract No. 2025-85 Cranberry Township Board of Supervisors, Butler County, 2525 Rochester Road, Suite 400, Cranberry Township, PA 16066-6499, will accept sealed bids for the following contract: 2025 Paving Program Contract No. 2025-85 - Superpave Street Resurfacing. Questions Due Date: Mar 19th 2025, 4:00 PM EDT This Contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and work required to complete the paving work, as more clearly specified in the Contract Documents. The following are estimated quantities: 1,800 Tons Superpave Wearing Course, 34,000 SY of Full Width Milling 4-inch depth, 5,500 Tons of 25mm Binder and 4,700 LF of Line Painting. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of One-Thousand Dollars ($1,000) payable to Cranberry Township. All bids shall remain irrevocable for 60 days after the actual date of the opening. The estimated cost of this Project is greater than Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and Public Work Employment Verification shall apply. . The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township
