Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tinley Park, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project shall consist of the removal, replacement and construction of new concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, and driveways along with watermain break restorations throughout the Village of Tinley Park. Est. Completion Date: April 30, 2026 SCOPE OF WORK This project shall consist of the removal, replacement, and disposal of existing concrete sidewalk, restoration of recent watermain break locations, curb and gutter and driveways with newly constructed sections throughout the Village of Tinley Park. The Contractor proposed schedule/sequence to complete this Work will be discussed at the preconstruction meeting to confirm there will be no conflicts with other Village projects, holidays, etc. If the annual renewal option is exercised by the Village, an updated map and/or list of proposed concrete improvements will be issued to the Contractor no later than March 1st of the subsequent year and a preconstruction meeting scheduled once the Contractor has prepared their schedule to complete the proposed Work. The Village is looking to have at least 3 mobilizations for this project, one at the start of the fiscal year, the second in the late summer, and the third at the end of the current fiscal year which will include watermain restoration from the water department. Any irrigation systems, brick pavers, decorative rock, special corner landscaping, mailboxes, etc., within the right of way (ROW) disturbed during Construction will be the Contractors responsibility to repair and shall be included in the unit price for the various pay items All concrete Work shall be formed and inspected by the Village prior to the actual pour and/or placement of the concrete. These inspections shall be called in or requested to/by the Public Works Department a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the pour.
