Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 168, hereby gives notice that sealed unit price Bids will be received for Rehabilitation of Water Plant No. 1 by Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 168, in Harris County, Texas (the "Project"). The deadline to ask questions is 5/08/2025 12:10 PM CDT BID SECURITY: Bid Security in the amount of not less than 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a cashier's check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Article I, sections 1.3.c. and 1.3.d. of the Contract Between Owner and Contractor. CONTRACT SECURITY: The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in an amount equal to the Contract Price.
