The City invites bids from qualified Engineering firms to provide Consulting Services to support a Permit to Take Water for the Passive Groundwater Relief Wells located at Huron Heights and Sandwalwood-2 Subdivision, Mississauga ON. This project is critical to maintaining the effectiveness and reliability of the Passive Groundwater Control Systems in the Subdivisions. The Relief Wells, which withdraw Groundwater, require a Permit to Take Water (PTTW) for continued operation. However, the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) has requested that the Relief Well System be rehabilitated to its original condition before a PTTW can be issued.
