The City of Burlington seeks proposals from experienced and qualified Structural Engineering Consulting firms for the provision of detailed visual inspections of various structures per Ontario Regulation 104/97. The Consultant will be required to produce 100-year life-cycle management plans for all structures, including recommendations and timelines for maintenance, rehabilitation, and replacement. There are also structures requiring additional investigations, which include Structure Evaluation, Fatigue Investigation, and enhanced inspection including confined space entry.
