Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in New Freedom, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Project includes: Trenching, storm sewer system demolition and disposal, storm sewer system installation, backfilling, pavement overlay of trench. Question Deadline 03/24/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Online Portal Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of AIA Document A310 Bid Bond, from an approved Surety Company, certified check, or cashier's check payable to the Owner, in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Base Bid. If the Bid Security is provided by check, a scan of check shall be submitted with bid, with the original being provided within two (2) business days of bid opening if bidder is the apparent low responsible bidder. The Work of the Project shall commence no later than ten (10) days after the date listed in the Notice to Proceed, issued by the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids, or to reject any or all bids to the extent permitted by law.
