All inquiries, questions, or clarifications must be submitted at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the due date ofthis RFQ. Those inquiries, questions, or clarifications submitted after this date will not be answered. Please upload your quotes via this platform, Bids and Tenders. General Project Description: The Contractor will provide seal coating and crack sealing on designated trails at each location listed below. The contractor will be responsible for all materials, necessary labor and equipment to perform this project. All work must be completed by September 30, 2025 All mainline cracks should be routed to a width and depth of 3/4 X YC. Blow cracks clean with high power air. Fill all mainline cracks with hot rubber crack filler meeting Minnesota DOT standards Area 1 : France and Collegeview Area Area 2: Normandale and Hyland Trails Area Contractors must submit Quotes prior to the time and date indicated in the Request for Quote, or any extension thereofmade by Addendum. Quotes received after the time and date designated for receipt of Quotes will not be accepted by the RFQ System and will be returned unopened without being considered for award
