TOWNSHIP ROAD 250 REALIGNMENT FROM 200M EAST OF RGE RD 285 TO 930M EAST OF RGE RD 284 GRADING, CULVERT INSTALLATION, GRANULAR BASE COURSE, CONCRETE WORK, ASPHALT CONCRETE PAVEMENT (EPS), TRAFFIC SIGNALS, SIGNAGE, POND CONSTRUCTION & OTHER WORK. Rocky View County (County) will be realigning Township Road 250 from 200m east of Range Road 285 to 930m east of Range Road 284, (approximately km 0.170 to km 2.620) tying into the existing 4-lane divided highway at the west end and the existing 2-lane undivided highway at the east end (the Project). The Project will be constructed in two (2) phases to achieve the ultimate 4 lane undivided highway. For the purposes of this Phase 1 RFPQ the ultimate subgrade will be constructed to accommodate four (4) lanes of undivided traffic. The gravel and asphalt structure will be constructed on the two (2) south lanes which will be completed for public use in Phase one (1) for the Contractor to pre-qualify.
