Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Chandler, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for paving for a road / highway; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The intersection of Price Rd and Queen Creek Rd is higher ranked for vehicular crashes valley wide. A Safety Study is in-process and expected to be completed by early summer 2024. An initial design study is planned for FY 2025-26 to incorporate the safety recommendations and determine optimal roadway alignments. Improvements may include reconstruction of the intersection to three thru lanes, dual left turn lanes, right turn lanes, and bike lanes in each direction. Additional improvements will include sidewalks, curb and gutter, street lighting, traffic signals, storm drainage, landscaping, right-of-way acquisition, and utility relocations. As of March 13, 2025, The project is include in the County's 2025-2034 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
