The Ministry of Citizens' Services, on behalf of the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) invites general contractors to submit a sealed tender for General Construction Services for the parkade renewal/repair works at the BCLC's head office, located in Kamloops, B.C. The work is to commence in Spring 2025. Scope of this project includes removal of traffic coating, replacement of concreate, topping, and waterproofing materials and repair/replacement of structural members for Level 2 and 3 parking decks, Various supporting items such as parking drains and expansion joints are also included.
