The duration of the grass-cutting contract will be from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026, with the possibility of up to three (3) one-year extensions. _ All grassy areas must be mowed to a height of 2-1/2 to 3 inches. _ String trimming must be performed around all buildings, fences, sidewalks, curbs, metal signs, trees, flowerbeds, parking lots, islands, asphalt pads, bleachers, and any other structures or obstacles. _ All surfaces must be free of grass clippings, including parking lots, sidewalks, and other hard surfaces. _ The high school courtyard and all athletic fields are included in this contract, except for Merner Field inside the green chain-link fence. _ All rock, concrete, or asphalt parking lots and other areas must remain free of growth at all times. This includes the use of appropriate treatments to prevent overgrowth where necessary. _ Litter and debris must be removed before mowing or trimming. Under no circumstances should trash be shredded or left on the property due to mowing or string trimming.
