General work description: The work to be done generally consists of applying an asphalt rubber chip seal covered with a type II slurry seal on various roads in the unincorporated area of Walnut Creek. Work involves pavement surface preparation including: weed spray, pavement failure repair, crack sealing, edge grinding, removal of existing thermoplastic stripes and markings, setting survey monuments, and placement of thermoplastic traffic striping and pavement markings.
