As of August 4, 2025, project was awarded to Capital Electric Line Builders, LLC, awarded amount is $730,320.05. 80th Street & Metcalf Signal Reconstruction (MT-3110) Project Owner Number: MT-3110 The Contract Documents collectively form the Contract. They are complementary (but not necessarily duplicative of each other), and what, if any, Work exhibited in one but not in the other shall be executed just as if it had been set forth in both in order that the Work shall be completed according to the complete design or designs as decided and determined by the Consulting Engineer. The intention of the Contract Documents is to include all construction, labor, materials, tools, equipment and transportation necessary for the workmanlike construction of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents. Should anything be omitted from the Contract Documents which is necessary to a clear understanding of the Work, or should it appear that various instructions are in conflict, or in the event the Contract Documents are silent as to any detail, then it shall be the duty of the Contractor to secure written instructions from the Consulting Engineer before proceeding with the construction affected by such omissions
