Renovation of an educational facility in Little Falls, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 223,841-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.

No bidder may submit a bid without attaining the bid documents from the Architect of record. Restroom Renovations at Passaic Valley Regional High School 100 E. Main Street, Little Falls, NJ 07424. Bid date notes : Sealed proposals will also be accepted by mail if they are addressed to Mr. Colin Monahan, Business Administrator of the Passaic Valley Regional High School Board of Education at 100 E. Main Street, Little Falls, New Jersey 07424, and clearly indicate that a bid is enclosed for this particular project, the time and date of the receipt of bids, and bear the name and address of the party submitting the proposal. All bid proposals must be submitted using the bid proposal form and bid forms provided in the project specifications No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening date. The Passaic Valley Regional High School Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids pursuant to applicable law and regulations, to waive informalities or irregularities in the bids received as permitted by law, if in the best interest of the Board to do so, and to accept the bid from the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder document notes : The bidding documents have been prepared by Dan Dressel, Architect, whose office is located at 19 Edstan Drive, Moonachie, NJ 07074, Telephone 201.370.6293 Bid documents will not be mailed. Questions will be considered only up until the inquiry deadline stated in the Instructions to Bidders. Question Deadline 03/28/2025 Questions, requests for clarification or similar communications to the Owner shall only be made via written electronic mail (email) correspondence to Dan Dressel Architect with email address of ddarchitects@aol.com . No communications should be made within ten (10) calendar days prior to the date for receipt of bids. The Owner may, at his option, not respond to inquiries made during this time frame.
