Renovation of a multi-residential development in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Toepfert Apartments Roof Replacement Project The work consists of: 1. Removal and disposal of existing roofing, including but not limited to PVC membrane, insulation, and flashing, disconnection 2. Disconnection, removal, and replacement of existing HVAC equipment 3. Installation of new EPDM roofing system, including but not limited to insulation, coverboard, and blocking 4. Storm drainage piping to connect the existing roof drain lines to existing site storm drain main lines The estimated cost of construction for this project is $350,000. Bid add alternates are also included in this project for additional buildings within the development All General Bidders and Filed Sub-Bidders shall furnish with their Bid a bid deposit in the form of a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the Bid and made payable to Holyoke Housing Authority Performance and Payment Bonds, in the full amount of the Contract price, will be required of the Successful Bidder. Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in, or reject any or all Bids, or to accept any Bid which in their opinion, is in the public interest to do so.
